Welcome to our newest event space, which spans a whopping 7000 square feet and is perfect for all of your celebrations. We are thrilled to offer a versatile venue that can accommodate various gatherings and events.

Whether you’re tying the knot, celebrating a milestone, or gathering for a cause, our venue can be tailored to your every need to create unforgettable moments.

To ensure that your event goes smoothly, we kindly request precise guest and vehicle numbers. This information will help us with parking and ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

Accurate headcounts are crucial for a smooth experience and peace of mind. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Just a quick note: our space is exclusively for intimate gatherings and not suitable for promoter-hosted events or flyer parties. We prefer to keep things cozy and intimate with a guest list in hand.

Rules

1. No smoking allowed in the event space.
2. Alcohol will only be served to individuals over 21 years old with valid identification.
3. A guest list must be submitted at least one week prior to the event, as we specialize in private celebrations.
4. The maximum capacity for guests is 100 people, with a limit of 25 cars.
5. Firearms and pets are strictly prohibited.
6. No promoters are allowed, as this is a private space.

If the event is more than 30 days away, we require a non-refundable deposit of half the total amount, with the option to reschedule if weather is an issue. The remaining balance is due one week before the party. For events less than 30 days away, the full amount must be paid upfront. There is also a $300 100 percent refundable cleanup fee that you get back if no cleaning is required.
